Mumbai: The total citizen complaints on civic issues saw a drop in 2020 - the first year When the covid pandemic hit. The year 2021 saw a further dip in the number of complaints. However, the number of days taken by BMC to resolve the issues has risen, shows data released by NGO Praja in its report on the status of civic issues.
