respondents believe that the services of the License Department are
‘good’. They do not think that the License Department does a good
job of checking unauthorised construction or unauthorised hawkers
/traders with about a third of all respondents rating these services
as ‘poor’. As many as a fourth of all respondents are unaware about
the services of the license Department and are hence unable to comment
on its quality.
